Oats Bhel

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup boiled corn
  • 1/4 cup sev
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
  • 1 tablespoon green chutney
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Dry roast the oats until lightly browned and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and boiled corn.
  3. Add the roasted oats, sev, tamarind chutney, green chutney, salt, and lemon juice.
  4. Mix well and serve immediately.
