Rishi Korde being a graduate from IIT, did his duel degree in Industrial Chemistry. Being engineering & research background with 4 publications in International Journals, he was part of prestigious organisations of IIT-BHU, Imperial College London, Manchester University, University of Saarland, National Chemical Laboratory, Pune in areas of Organic Synthesis, drug delivery, fuel cell tech, etc. Due to his background, formulation of the best blend for Oat Milk was really easy part for him. He graduated from Imperial College London in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management in 2019-20. He started his company in London. While he was back in India, during COVID-19, he missed to have his regular consumption of Oat Milk. He really looked around to get it around but unable to find it anywhere in India, he started to work on formulations. Within a week, he had a first blend ready! He iterated the process, refined it and eureka! He finally hit the best method to make it! Transforming Lab method to scalable manufacturing facility was challenging part! Rishi with the knowledge of engineering was able to design the process and got his equipment manufactured under 'Make In India' initiative and automation to minimise human contact! After efforts of a year and half, OATMAX products are now manufactured in it's own facility, western part of India, Satara, Maharashtra, a beautiful place gifted by nature, we are developing plant based, eco-conscious products for the Indian and worldwide markets! He was able to secure Start-up Visa in the United Kingdom for his project with the support of the Enterprise Lab, Imperial College London, UK. The manufacturing facility is highest credentials of FSSAI centrally licensed and is maintaining high quality international standards from export perspective. Being hailed from family of doctors, Dr. Sanjay Korde (M.D. Medicine, Physician and cardiological consultant) and Dr. Bharati Korde (Dental surgeon), parents helped him to make this project aligned with medical side. The formulation to cater various needs of weight loss, cholesterol-free, high fiber content, low calories! His future vision is to create more conscious plant based products in the future and be innovative market leader in the F&B segment! He has gathered best team in the field to build strong R&D arm. OAT DRINK LATTE

Plain Oat Drink Latte

▢ 1-2 shots espresso or ½-1 cup of brewed coffee

▢ 1 cup oat drink

▢ 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

Process

Brew your coffee or make your espresso.

Heat one cup of oat drink on the stove. Whisk with maple syrup if using. Heat on medium until warm and begins to thicken.

Remove from heat. Pour into your blender and blend until a frothy foam begins to form. You can also use a drink frother if you have one.

Pour your coffee or espresso into your mug. Pour oat drink over the coffee. Skim foam to spoon over the top of your latte.

Vanilla Oat Drink Latte

▢ 1-2 shots espresso or ½-1 cup of brewed coffee

▢ 1 cup oat drink

▢ ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

▢ 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional

Process:

Brew your coffee or make your espresso.

Heat one cup of oat drink on the stove. Whisk together vanilla and maple syrup if using. Heat on medium until warm and begins to thicken.

Remove from heat. Pour into your blender and blend until a frothy foam begins to form. You can also use a milk frother.

Pour your coffee or espresso into your mug. Pour oat drink over the coffee. Skim foam to spoon over the top of your latte.

Pumpkin Spice Oat Drink Latte

▢ 1-2 shots espresso or ½-1 cup of brewed coffee

▢ 1 cup oat drink

▢ ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

▢ ¼ tsp vanilla extract

▢ 1 tsp maple syrup optional

Process:

Brew your coffee or espresso.

Heat one cup of oat drink on the stove. Whisk together pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and maple syrup if using. Heat on medium until warm and oat drink begins to thicken.

Remove from heat. Pour into your blender and blend until a frothy foam begins to form. You can also use a drink frother.

Pour your coffee or espresso into your mug. Pour oat drink over the coffee. Skim foam to spoon over the top of your latte.

Gingerbread Oat Drink Latte

▢ 1-2 shots of espresso or ½-1 cup of brewed coffee

▢ 1 cup oat drink

▢ ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger

▢ ⅛ tsp cinnamon

▢ ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

▢ 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional

Process

Brew your coffee or espresso.

Heat one cup of oat drink on the stove, whisk in ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup if using. Heat on medium until oat drink is warm and begins to thicken.

Remove from heat. Pour into your blender and blend until a frothy foam begins to form. You can also use a drink frother.

Pour your coffee or espresso into your mug. Pour oat drink over the coffee. Skim foam to spoon over the top of your latte.

Mocha Oat Drink Latte

▢ 1-2 shots of espresso or ½-1 cup of brewed coffee

▢ 1 cup oat drink

▢ 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

▢ 2 teaspoon maple syrup

▢ ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Process

Brew your coffee or espresso.

Heat one cup of oat drink on the stove whisk in cocoa powder, vanilla, and maple syrup. Heat on medium until oat drink is warm and begins to thicken.

Remove from heat. Pour into your blender and blend until a frothy foam begins to form. You can also use a drink frother.

Pour your coffee or espresso into your mug. Pour oat drink over the coffee. Skim foam to spoon over the top of your latte.
