Oats Ladoo


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup jaggery (grated)
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • A few chopped nuts


  1. Dry roast the oats until lightly browned and grind them into a coarse powder.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and add grated jaggery. Cook until jaggery melts.
  3. Add the oats powder, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts. Mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Shape the mixture into small ladoos.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
