Rolled oats ladoo
Oats Ladoo
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup jaggery (grated)
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- A few chopped nuts
Instructions:
- Dry roast the oats until lightly browned and grind them into a coarse powder.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add grated jaggery. Cook until jaggery melts.
- Add the oats powder, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Shape the mixture into small ladoos.
- Store in an airtight container.
