Due to the perishable nature of our products, we
do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your

How should I store my soups upon arrival?

Our soups are designed to be 18 months
shelf-stable.and they are ambient stable Please store them in a cool, dry place
Once opened, refrigerate it.
